Prof.  Honghai Kuang,Hunan University of Technology,China

She obtained her Bachelor degree in Electric Power System and Automation at the Changsha University of Electric Power in 1997. She obtained her Master degree in Power System and Automation at the South China University of Technology in 2005. She obtained her PhD in Power System and Automation at Hunan University in 2013.

From August 1997 to September 2002 she worked as a teacher at the Electrical Engineering College of the Nanhua University. From July 2005 she has been with the Hunan University of Technology where she currently is as a professor.

Her main research interests include Modern Power System Analysis, Outage Management in Distribution Network, Distributed Generation Technology, New Energy Power Generation Technology

She has published more than 50 professional academic papers and two postgraduate textbooks, won one second-class award for scientific and technological progress in Hunan Province.
