Wenping Qin, PhD, PhD supervisor. Secretary General of IEEE PES Taiyuan Branch, Director of IEEE PES Integrated Energy System Operation and Planning Subcommittee, and Business Model Technology Sub-Committee, Distribution network Protection and Control Sub-Committee, New Energy Modeling Technology Sub-Committee. Visiting Scholar at the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Her researching interesting includes the stable operation and control of power grid. Currently mainly engaged in the reliability/resilience assessment of power system, the stability analysis of large-scale new energy grid-connected, the energy management of microgrid, the protection of AC-DC hybrid distribution network, and the electricity market. In recent years, she has presided over 9 national and provincial level projects and more than 10 enterprise projects. She has won 2 second prize of provincial science and technology progress, 22 national invention patents and 13 software Copyrights. She has published more than 40 SCI/EI indexed papers in authoritative academic journals at home and abroad as the first or corresponding author, and 1 academic monographs; 8 teaching materials.
